We started with early breakfast!
Choose from croissant, bagel, whole wheat and plain loaf to go with tuna mayo, egg, vegetable, grilled chicken or cold cuts with accompaniments such as French dressing, Thousand Island and orange vinaigrette.

With a menu that changes to please food gourmands with hearty appetites, there are starters like smoked Norwegian salmon, grilled chicken breast and Russian salad, cold chicken with salad sauce, seafood salad, spicy bean curd roll and gado gado with condiments, just to name a few.

Then, while we were about to go for our 3rd round...
The Atrium organized a food challenge for us.. It was the WAN TAN eating challenge!
We must eat as many wantans (dumplings) as possible in 3 minutes time.
7 of us joined the challenge, and JonYKT was the winner!
He won by having 23 wantans in 3minutes lol
After the food challenge, we were all too full to go for the next round.
So we went for a relaxation massage at the award winning MANDARA SPA, just next to The Atrium.... and after that some window shopping in Sunway Pyramid, followed by the GO KART activity!

Back to the Atrium, this time all hungry, time for DINNER!
Be it brunch, lunch, hi-tea, dinner or supper, the Atrium Marathon Buffet is a feast of the finest Pan-Asian cuisines featuring visually-pleasing food displays and ‘live’ action cooking.
A different theme is embodied every weekend; Penang Tempo, Nyonya Warm Up, HOT-N-SPICY Altitude, Hawker’s Battle and Noodle Run add even more excitement to the taste buds.

Favourites not to be forgotten include a selection from the Malay, Indian, Chinese and Western kitchens. Hot dishes in an array of braised, steamed, grilled, sautéed, and stir-fried delicacies like deep-fried spring rolls with Thai coriander sauce, grilled beef with caramelised shallot and thyme jus, braised duck with peanut and chinese herbs, sautéed potato with mushroom, onion and herbs, spicy chicken with potato pie, assorted mixed vegetable with crispy crab stick, rendang daging minang, kari ikan bakar, vegetable biryani, Hungarian beef goulash and pan-fried salmon fillet are equally tempting.
Also available on the buffet selection are stalls offering pulled noodles, satay, porridge and hot desserts. Over at the ‘live’ action cooking counters to tempt your palate, come together mee goreng mamak, pasta, Penang rojak pasembor, char kway teow, nyonya fried chicken, roti canai, roasted chicken rice as well as popiah basah amongst others, carefully selected to represent the most distinctive taste of the week’s theme.
No meal - or in this case, meals - is complete without dessert. The patisserie counter stars the most irresistible desserts such as mixed berry cheese cake, caramel apple with brioche, bread and butter pudding with vanilla sauce, tiramisu, orange crème brulee, passionfruit mousse and lots more. Not forgetting, the chilly sensations resulting from the ice cream counter and ice kacang with condiments. All making it absolutely divine!
