Attended a first aid Basic Life Support CPR course in MAHSA University College in PJ.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure which is performed in an effort to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person in cardiac arrest.

Firstly, always ensure you're in a safe and well ventilated condition.
Then, try to wake the person up.
If unsuccessful, check his pulse.

If no pulse was detected, tilt his chin upward and give 2 breaths.
and start doing 30 chest compressions.
