Here are some good pointers for everyone when you want to renew your passport in Petaling Jaya/ Subang Jaya/ Kelana Jaya.
The immigration full address is
Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia,
Negeri Selangor, (Cawangan Subang),
Blok A, Plaza Glomac,
Jalan SS7/19, Kelana Jaya,
47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Faks : 03-78850243
It is quite near to the Stadium Kelana Jaya and Sterling Condominium.
You should google map before you go, to avoid getting lost on the way there.
Plaza Glomac
From the main road you should be able to see the immigration.
If you come from Kelana Jaya/ Sterling Condo, it should be on your right ( you have to make a U turn)
If you come from the highway/ Exit Toll Subang, it should be on your left.
There will be plenty of parking lots.
Don't worry, the parking rate is quite reasonable.

Pls prepare all the documents needed.
You can take your passport photo here as well, but it would be faster if you could do it before hand. Photostat service is available on the first floor, same building - RM 0.30
-You will see a lot of people queuing up near the main entrance when you arrive.
-If you are RENEWING your passport, head straight to the MACHINE.
-There is only ONE room, which has 2 MACHINES.
-Do not queue at the main entrance, head straight to the MACHINE, which is inside. ( many people do not know about this ) there may be a queue but it won't be long.
-Process takes around 5 minutes.
-There will be a person in charge standing next to the machine.
-Just pass him all the required documents and he will proceed by entering all your info into the machine.
-Collect your Passport 1 - 2 hours later.
SIMPLE right?
This is your receipt.
Pls collect in Counter 1.

Do you need to fill in any forms??
I went there on Thursday afternoon 2pm and found the place was quite busy. If you have the new chip passport, no need to fill in any forms just proceed straight to the kiosk with your documents. Processing the passport at the kiosk was fast but unfortunately we were told by the officer that we would have to come back the next day to collect our new passport as the passport processing machine was out of order :(

M renewing my passport today and they do NOT require photocopy of IC IF you are renewing usin the auto machine...

Online and Machine only applicable for aplicants above 18 yrs old. .for security purposes i suppose and i totally agree.
i was there to renew my passport yesterday, bear in mind do not park your car at outdoor carpark. I paid RM10 after 6 hours there.
